ABC/Randy HolmesOzzy Osbourne has, somehow, become even more metal.

On Thursday, the Prince of Darkness revealed that he “coughed so hard” that he burst a blood vessel in his eye. He also tweeted a photo of his now half-red eye as proof.

While we certainly believe Ozzy’s story, we like to think that he burst the vessel as a result of barking at the Super Blood Wolf Moon.

Late last year, Osbourne was hit with a trio of staph infections in his thumb, which forced him to postpone a batch of tour dates. He’s since recovered from that ailment and will launch a European leg of his No More Tours 2 trek next week. The run will hit the U.S. in May.
