Credit: Frank MelfiRobert Plant and his backing group, The Sensational Space Shifters, have added a new festival performance to their upcoming North American tour. The founding Led Zeppelin singer and his current band will perform at the CityFolk festival, scheduled from September 12 through September 15 at Landsdowne Park in Ottawa, Canada.

According to CBC News, Plant and company will headline the festival’s final day. Other artists on the bill include, Bush, Live, R&B singer Leon Bridges and acclaimed Americana artist Lucinda Williams.

Pre-sale tickets for the CityFolk fest will be available starting Thursday, May 23, at 10 a.m. local time.

Plant’s tour, which will feature a mix of festival appearances and headlining concerts, begins with a September 13 appearance at Canada’s Harvest Jazz & Blues Festival in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and runs through an October 3 show in Bend, Oregon. Alt-country singer/songwriter Lillie Mae will open most of the concerts.

Prior to the North American trek, Robert and his group will tour Scandinavia in June and July.
