GeffenGuns N’ Roses‘ video for “Sweet Child o’ Mine” has officially hit one billion views on YouTube.

The iconic visual features footage of a young GN’R rocking out in a rehearsal space, complete with Axl Rose‘s signature slinky dance moves. It also includes shots of all of the band members’ then-girlfriends.

According to a press release, “Sweet Child o’ Mine” is the first video from the ’80s to hit one billion views on YouTube. The clip was first uploaded to the site in December 2009.

Notably, Guns is also responsible for the only ’90s video with one billion views: “November Rain.”

“Sweet Child o’ Mine” is a track for Guns N’ Roses’ 1987 debut album, Appetite for Destruction. It was released as a single in 1988 and became the first and only GN’R track to reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
